Our leases are primarily located in the Cross Timbers and Rolling Plains regions of Texas. Each lease is part of a large cooperative management area and is enrolled in the Texas Parks & Wildlife MLD Level III Program.
We perform three deer surveys each summer and make appropriate harvest recommendations based on the herd composition, age structure and annual fawn crops. We also assist our hunters developing food plots, proper stand locations and judging deer to be harvested.
Our goal is to develop a partnership with our hunters that will allow them to become apart of the management process. By doing this each hunter is given the opportunity to reap the long-term benefits of developing their lease to its fullest potential.
